Our workshop is designed to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of their medications and to prevent these potential issues.

We place great emphasis on the importance of medication adherence and provide strategies to assist with regular intake. Before the workshop, participants can anonymously submit any questions about their medications, vaccines, or other concerns. These questions are addressed by a pharmacist during the workshop, who will also facilitate an open discussion amongst participants.

            Our program focuses on guided exercise classes created with joint health in mind. These exercises aim to alleviate pain, stiffness, and swelling while fostering strength and flexibility, making them safe and effective for seniors struggling with arthritis.

           If you have missed the in-person information sessions, please click the sign up link below and request a recording to be sent to you.
