Seniors in Motion was designed by healthcare professionals to empower seniors with the knowledge and skills for healthy aging. We focus on enhancing the health of seniors through exercise, hydrotherapy, chair yoga and a variety of health education workshops, while also fostering social connections.
We serve the communities of Peterborough, Lakefield, Bridgenorth, and the surrounding communities, striving to make our services accessible to all seniors in these areas. At Trent Health in Motion, we envision our Seniors in Motion program influencing other communities and potentially spreading through the entire country.
