The Seniors in Motion program includes a comprehensive suite of fitness classes led by expert trainers and instructors, designed to target strength, mobility, and aerobic endurance. We progressively increase the difficulty level, boosting confidence, and enhancing seniors' physical abilities.
In addition to strength training classes, we include yoga classes tailored specifically for seniors. Our certified yoga instructor provides chair or standing yoga options, concentrating on balance, mobility, and controlled breathing. These classes provide a peaceful environment for seniors to relax, connect with their bodies, and improve their well-being.
We also feature hydrotherapy classes held in a warm therapy pool suited for seniors with varying abilities and comfort levels. Hydrotherapy offers numerous benefits, including improved mobility, increased strength, and overall enhanced health. Our goal is to empower seniors with the skills and knowledge they need for healthy aging, all while promoting social connection and holistic well-being.
