Summer 2024 Seniors in Motion Program Information

Learn more about our upcoming Seniors in Motion program.

Our Seniors in Motion Program is coming back this summer! In preparation for our July 2024 start, we will be holding two information sessions with program coordinator, Cait Whipp.


Registration is required to attend an information session.


  • Monday, May 27th at 9am held at Trent Health in Motion, 1600 West Bank Drive, Peterborough. 
  • Thursday, May 30th at 11:15am. Held at Mapleridge Recreation Centre, 1085 Brealey Dr, Peterborough.


If you have missed the in-person information sessions, please click the sign up link below and request a recording to be sent to you.


Each session will be 1 hour in length, covering an overview of the Seniors in Motion Program and providing details on the dates and times for our summer session. At the end of the session there will also be a question and answer period.


While we hope to accommodate everyone interested in attending an in-person information session, there are limited spots available. If the capacity for the sessions are reached, we will send out a recording of the session to those interested.
